Still hurting after all the advice?
Sciatica is pain, tingling or numbness that runs from your lower back or buttock down your leg. It gets in the way of sitting, driving, sleeping and work.
It's often misdiagnosed. Plenty of people end up with generic advice: rest, a sheet of stretches, a list of things to avoid. If that hasn't worked for you, it's not because you did it wrong. It wasn't built for you.

Free until you're fixed
- There's nothing to pay while we work on it.
- You're fixed when three things are true: no leg symptoms on 14 logged days in a row, back pain averaging 0 to 1 out of 10, and your 3 goal activities done without pain stopping you.
- When you're fixed, you pay $3,000 USD, once. It's all or nothing: no part payment for partial improvement.
- If you're not fixed after 6 months, we review it together. If you want to keep going, we keep going. If not, you walk away with nothing owed.
About Connor
I've had sciatica. I was playing football semi professionally when a lifting injury set it off, and I had the works, injections included. I kept playing through it for as long as I played football.
At its worst it was constant and debilitating. I felt it every time I hit the brakes in the car.
What finally fixed it was figuring out what actually worked for me, and slowly getting my flexion back, a small amount at a time.
That's what led me into strength and conditioning and rehab at a physio clinic, then personal training and Pilates. I've been coaching for 9 years, and a lot of my one to one clients have been people with sciatica.
I know how painful and debilitating it is, and how often it's poorly managed. That's why I'm so passionate about helping people get fixed.
“I met Connor after almost a year of living with chronic pain from a herniated disc and sciatica, having seen countless doctors, pain specialists, osteopaths and physiotherapists without much improvement.
When we first started working together, I could barely do anything without pain. Connor was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, knowing exactly how to adjust even the smallest movements to minimise discomfort while gradually helping me rebuild my strength and confidence in my body.
After a few months of regular sessions, I was finally pain free and able to do things I hadn't been able to do for almost a year, like running, sitting comfortably or simply picking up my toddler.
I genuinely believe working with Connor was a turning point in my recovery, and I'm so grateful for his guidance and support throughout the process.
I couldn't recommend him more highly, especially to anyone struggling with chronic pain or recovering from an injury.”
Questions
Is this medical treatment?
No. This is movement coaching. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and I'm not your doctor. Keep seeing your doctor for medical care.
How do I know when I'm fixed?
You log your leg symptoms and back pain in the app each day, and at your first session we set your 3 goal activities together. When you've had no leg symptoms on 14 logged days in a row and your back pain averages 0 to 1 out of 10, we book a fixed check. If you can do your goal activities without pain stopping you, you're fixed.
What if I'm never fixed?
Then you don't pay. If you're not fixed after 6 months, we review it together. If you want to keep going, you can, and the deal stays the same. If not, we part ways with nothing owed.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure Stripe payment link. It's due within 7 days of your fixed check.
When should I see a doctor instead?
Go to an emergency department today if you have new changes in bladder or bowel control, numbness around your groin, genitals or inner thighs, or weakness in your leg or foot that's getting worse. Before we start, you'll fill in a short form that checks for these and other warning signs.
